Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Travel Bottle is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other additional fees that may apply when shipping internationally.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
Shipping Delays
Travel Bottle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.
If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Travel Bottle is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Travel Bottle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
