PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product/products to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and include all original product components. The product includes the Travel Bottle (stainless steel bottle), lid, and stickers included with the product. The outer paper or carton box is considered protective packaging and is not part of the product itself.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@travel-bottle.com. Please note that returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return shipment involves international shipping, the customer is also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage to the product refers to defects affecting the bottle, lid, or stickers. Damage to the outer shipping box or carton packaging alone does not constitute product damage.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the item you purchased following the return process. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be unused and include all original product components (bottle, lid, and stickers). Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
