These Terms of Service define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making payments, delivery of products, exercising the right of withdrawal, and submitting complaints.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
Seller – Travel Bottle
Store – the online store available at www.travel-bottle.com.
Customer – any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Product – any item offered for sale in the Store.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed in the Store 24 hours a day via the Store website.
To place an order, the Customer must:
- select a Product,
- add the Product to the cart,
- provide the data necessary to complete the order,
- accept these Terms of Service.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Product.
The sales contract is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation by email.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices and include VAT where applicable.
Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are shown during the checkout process.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, introduce promotions, or modify the product range without affecting orders already placed.
5. Payment Methods
The Customer may use the following payment methods:
- online payment via Przelewy24
- payment card
- other payment methods available through Shopify payment services

6. Delivery
Orders are delivered using courier services or other delivery methods available during checkout.
Estimated order processing and delivery time is typically between 1 and 5 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers may return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, the Customer should contact the Seller at:

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay after notifying the Seller.
The Customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received or proof of return is provided.
The Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product to the Seller unless the return is due to a defective or non-conforming Product.

8. Complaints
The Seller is obliged to deliver products free from defects.
If a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.

The complaint should include:
- the Customer’s contact details,
- order number,
- description of the issue,
- requested resolution.
The Seller will review and respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date the complaint is received.

10. Personal Data
Customer personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer service, complaint handling, and compliance with legal obligations.

11. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service for legal or operational reasons.
Changes do not affect orders placed before the date of the amendment.
The current version of the Terms of Service is always available on the Store website.
